Basic Server ROE

1. No Killing Miners unless:
a. They are OPC ( Over Protected Cargo ) 
b. On a 0 Node ( Empty Mining Spot ) 
c. In a fighter

2. Fighter vs Fighter is always fare.

3. Miners are labeled Fighter if you are doing missions with them or killing PVP with one.

4. No attacking Armadas.
5. No attacking others in Token Space.

DOM ROE on Top of Server ROE

1. Do not Kill anyone labeled CIVIL
If you are killed by anyone labeled Civil, Report it to me

2. If you are killed within ROE, do not DM them with threats.

Bring it to my attention and get me a screenshots.

3. If you are threatened via DMs - get me screenshots and bring it to my attention. 

KOS = Kill On Sight
UPC = Under Protected Cargo
OPC = Over Protected Cargo
ROE = Rules Of Engagement

Allied - Will not kill, and expect never to be killed within ROE, and will help in wars.

Friendly - Will not kill, and Expect not to be killed, but not help in wars.

Civil - Won't kill unless killed via ROE PVP, leaving a venue to vent a within ROE kill. 

Neutral - No defined alliance, expect to be able to kill or be killed within ROE

Caution - We have been killed VIA ROE regular and are open to kill in return within ROE

Unfriendly - Have been known to kill outside ROE - Retaliation only within ROE

Enemy - Expect to be killed without ROE, and should expect no ROE in return.
